Lighting<\/strong> is part of the architectural project, so both in renders and plans, you can see and study the type of lighting that the house will have, and it will be described in detail in the Execution Project.<\/p>\n

In our designs, the kitchen and bathrooms are included, as well as any custom furniture<\/strong><\/span>. We usually design custom walk-in closets, some furniture like entryway or TV cabinets, and we can even design bed headboards and some tables. It all depends on the space design and the client’s budget. Often in our projects, this custom furniture plays a significant role, and the entire house is designed around that element. Custom furniture is, of course, more expensive than standard. <\/p>\n

The only thing missing is the non-design furniture (standard furniture). Usually, the client purchases this furniture according to their preferences but following our guidelines (renders).       The frequency of site visits is estimated and depends on the work being carried out at any given time. For example, there are weeks when we visit the site multiple times, and there are weeks (if there is not enough progress or no questions) when we may not visit.<\/p>\n

      The role of the architect is not to “supervise” the workers to see if they are doing their job or to check if they are on-site every day.<\/p>\n

      Our role<\/strong> is to ensure that the result of the work meets the client’s expectations. This involves monitoring that the Execution Project is faithfully followed on the site, resolving any questions, addressing any problems that may arise during construction, paying attention to details, and, in summary, ensuring the quality of the construction and the client’s interests.<\/strong> Responsibility is a crucial aspect of our role.<\/p>\n

      However, we are not always responsible for everything that may happen during construction: delays, temporary work stoppages, etc. These responsibilities typically lie with the construction company. We always try to minimize risks with the construction company, for example, by establishing minimum conditions in the construction contract.
