The project is located on a plot with a very steep slope in Motril.
In the first approach to the design, we proposed two volumes floating above the terrain. However, the clients asked us to explore the possibility of using the entire available plot to see how everything could be integrated. They also wanted to add an additional floor to the project.
With this new idea, the house is composed of three volumes that step down along the slope, creating different terraces. The semi-buried floor would accommodate the indoor swimming pool, connected to the main garden.
The house would also include both an indoor and outdoor garage.
What this project has meant for the client / how it has improved their life:
The clients wanted to explore several ideas for integrating their dream home into such a steep plot. To achieve this, we worked by providing all the ideas and design changes required by the client until reaching the final option with which they are 100% satisfied.
