ED3, we are an architecture office of Granada founded in 2016, based in La Herradura (Almuñécar) and Granada.

LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE: LA HERRADURA
- We have been working in the field of architecture since 2014.
- Although we currently work from home, La Herradura and Almuñécar serve as our work base, where we have the majority of our projects.
- Antonio Romacho worked for a year and half at the Almuñécar City Hall so we are familiar with all the licensing processes, the city’s urban regulations and the potential challenges of various processes and their solutions”.
- We have a lot of experience and we work with numerous construction companies and professionals in the area .
- We have worked for the Town Hall, designing several projects.
GLOBAL AND FLEXIBLE PRODUCT
Although we are based in La Herradura, we work in various cities. Our primary working area includes Almería, Granada, and Málaga.
We have ongoing projects in Purchena, Cuevas del Almanzora, Nerja, Motril, Granada Capital, Almería Capital, and more.
We can work anywhere, as we are highly flexible and can travel without issues.
Additionally, a significant part of the process can be conducted online, using video calls and email communication (except for
on-site visits).
3D SPECIALIST
The renders are our main working tool and one of our key competitive advantages. This service offers many benefits to our clients:
- From the beginning of the projects, clients can view the project in 3D, facilitating their understanding of the project. Corrections can be made with renders and the virtual model, which helps to comprehend the spaces and the concept.
- All necessary corrections can be made quickly and easily.
- With the 3D model, clients can see the sun exposure of the building throughout the year, and we can try different materials to help the clients to decide.
- We provide a link that allows clients to access the space and navigate within it.
