This project involves renovating an old apartment in the centre of Motril. It will not be a full renovation, but rather a targeted update of the elements that no longer work well in the apartment.
In this case, the clients prefer a closed kitchen, which will open onto the patio through a large window. At the opposite end, it will be enclosed with a glass door, creating both visual and spatial separation while still bringing natural light into the kitchen.
Another key part of the renovation will be the living room, where different furniture layouts have been tested to find the one that best suits the space. The bathrooms will also be renovated with a warm and minimalist style.
What this project has meant for the clients / how it has improved their lives:
The clients wanted the design to adapt to their personal needs. For example, it was important to combine traditional furniture pieces they wanted to keep with more modern spaces.
The result is a perfect balance between all the elements, creating a modern and functional apartment while only intervening where necessary.
