This is an elongated plot in Almuñécar with a very steep slope.
The client wanted to create four one- and two-bedroom homes. The most important requirement was for all the homes to have a terrace and a swimming pool, allowing residents to enjoy Almuñécar’s pleasant climate.
Due to the slope of the plot, our idea was to place one home above another, stepping them down along the hillside.
This arrangement creates two single-storey homes and two two-storey homes. Patios, pergola areas and terraces are generated throughout the project, resulting in a rich variety of different spaces.
What this project has meant for the client / how it has improved their life:
The client was looking for ideas on how to build on such a challenging plot due to its steep slope. They also wanted urban planning certainty, ensuring that the project could be built and that it complied with all the requirements of the Town Hall.
